Data Deletion Information

Delete your Solviser account
This page applies to the Solviser website, web application, and iOS and Android mobile applications. Every account type can be deleted: organization owners, organization members and individual professionals. You do not need to call or email support to use the authenticated deletion process.
Start authenticated account deletion
If you are signed out, sign in with the account you want to delete; you will then return to the deletion page. The mobile app may open the same secure page. Support at support@solviser.in can help with access or correction issues, but an ordinary deletion request does not depend on support approval.
What happens for each account type
- Organization members: after final confirmation, the member account is deleted and access ends. Operational records shared with the organization may remain with the organization and their required audit references are reassigned to its owner.
- Individual professionals: after final confirmation, the user and associated professional account are deleted and access ends, subject to the limited legal records below.
- Organization owners with another active member: the owner selects an eligible successor. Ownership, shared records and necessary audit references transfer atomically before the former owner account is deleted.
- Sole organization owners: an owner cannot delete only their personal account while leaving the organization without a responsible owner. The owner must use the organization-deletion workflow in authenticated Account settings. After the request is reviewed and approved, a 60-day grace period begins before the organization and its deletable data are removed. The request can be cancelled during that grace period.
Information deleted or retained
Account deletion removes the login account, authentication tokens, personal profile and preferences, and user-specific content or service data that is not required for a shared organization record or a lawful retention purpose. Organization deletion also removes deletable organization profiles, team access and organization service data after the grace period.
We may retain only the information necessary to meet tax, GST, accounting, company-law, payment, fraud-prevention, security, audit, dispute, court, regulatory or preservation obligations. This can include invoices, transaction references, consent evidence, access or security logs, records of the deletion request, and records subject to a legal hold. Shared organization records are not treated as the departing member's private account data. Retained records are access-restricted, are not used for unrelated marketing and are deleted or de-identified when the applicable obligation expires.
Protected backups are removed on their normal rotation schedule. Data already irreversibly aggregated or de-identified may remain because it no longer identifies the deleted user.
Timing and confirmation
Member and professional deletions, and owner deletions with a valid successor, ordinarily complete immediately after authenticated final confirmation. Any verified request needing manual or technical processing will be completed as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 60 days, unless law, a dispute, fraud prevention or backup rotation requires longer.
The authenticated page displays a completion confirmation for an immediate deletion. Organization owners can see the request status and scheduled deletion date in Account settings. We may also send material status or completion notices to the registered email address.
Subscriptions, wallet and access
Deletion permanently ends access and cannot be undone after it completes. Users should export any records they are entitled to keep before deleting. Subscription cancellation, refunds and unused wallet credits are governed by the plan, the Terms and the Refund and Cancellations Policy; account deletion does not create an automatic refund or cash value. A sole owner should resolve outstanding organization obligations during the 60-day organization grace period.
Corrections, partial deletion and help
Profile fields can be corrected in the Platform where editing is available. For a locked field, a source-derived record, an inaccurate litigation match, partial deletion, or inability to access the authenticated flow, email support@solviser.in with the affected record and supporting evidence. We may verify identity before changing or disclosing account information. A government or other originating source may need to correct its own record.
See our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions for more information. Questions or grievances may be sent to support@solviser.in or by post to Solviser India Private Limited, Office No. 29, Shri Krishna Complex, 1st Floor, Nani-Chirai, Kachchh, Gujarat 370201, India.
