Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 06, 2026
1. Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy describes how Solviser India Private Limited (“Solviser”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, retains and deletes information when you use solviser.in, the Solviser web application, and the Solviser iOS and Android mobile applications (together, the “Platform”). It applies to organization owners, organization members, individual professionals, visitors and people whose information is submitted for a lawful Platform service.
Solviser India Private Limited has its registered office at Office No. 29, Shri Krishna Complex, 1st Floor, Nani-Chirai, Kachchh, Gujarat 370201, India. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@solviser.in.
2. Information we collect and why
We collect only information reasonably needed to provide, secure and administer the Platform. The categories, examples and purposes are:
| Category | Examples | Purposes |
|---|---|---|
| Identity, contact and login information | Name, email address, mobile number, user ID, login identifiers, authentication tokens and account role | Create and authenticate accounts, provide support, send service notices, prevent unauthorized access and maintain account security |
| Business and professional information | Company name, GSTIN/GST details, PAN, professional-registration details, registered or business address, industry and organization profile | Onboard and verify users and organizations, provide ERP/CRM and verification services, personalize reports, satisfy contractual and compliance obligations |
| Search, content and service activity | Search history, service usage, saved reports, uploaded documents, notes, support requests, feature interactions and user preferences | Perform requested searches, generate and restore reports, maintain service history, meter usage, troubleshoot, improve features, detect abuse and respond to support requests |
| Device and network information | IP address, device type, operating system, browser or app version, session information, device identifiers and approximate location inferred from IP | Secure sessions, detect fraud and suspicious access, diagnose errors, maintain compatibility, measure reliability and protect the Platform |
| Subscription, wallet and transaction information | Plan, subscription status, wallet balance and transactions, service charges, invoices, payment status and payment-provider transaction references | Activate plans, meter paid services, maintain wallet balances, process payments/refunds, issue invoices, provide billing support and meet tax/accounting duties |
| Information about searched or reported parties | Company, director, promoter, professional, litigant, contact, vehicle, transaction or defaulter information supplied by a user or returned by an authorized source | Provide requested business verification, litigation, risk, credit-management, contract and due-diligence services; resolve disputes and correct inaccurate records |
Payment card, bank or UPI credentials are ordinarily entered with the relevant payment provider. We receive transaction status and reference information needed to reconcile the payment, rather than storing complete card credentials. Mobile operating-system permissions are requested only when a related feature needs them, and the purpose is shown before or when permission is requested.
3. Information from government, public and authorized sources
At a user's request, the Platform may obtain or verify information through GST systems and authorized GST providers, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) records, eCourts and other court systems, vehicle-information registries or authorized vehicle-data providers, IBBI and insolvency records, professional registers, sanctions and compliance sources, credit or KYC providers, and other government, public, licensed or user-authorized APIs.
Those sources may return company registrations and filings, tax and compliance status, directors or promoters, professional credentials, court cases and parties, vehicle registrations, insolvency records, addresses and related identifiers. We use this information only to perform the service requested by an authorized user, verify identity or business claims, identify possible matches, prevent fraud, and support due diligence or compliance. Source data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or relate to a different person with a similar name. Users must review source records and match indicators before acting on them.
Solviser does not claim that information is free of privacy, confidentiality, contractual or usage restrictions merely because it is publicly accessible. We access and use a source only where we believe there is a lawful basis, authorization, licence, user consent or other permitted purpose. Users must also have a lawful business purpose and any required authority or consent for each search and for any third-party personal information they upload.
4. How we use information
- Provide, personalize and administer web and mobile Platform features.
- Authenticate users, enforce roles and protect organizations from unauthorized access.
- Run requested searches, verification checks, reports, risk models, litigation matching and AI-assisted analysis.
- Operate subscriptions, usage limits, wallets, payments, invoices, refunds and customer support.
- Send transactional email, in-app, SMS or WhatsApp notices and, where consent is required, optional marketing communications.
- Monitor reliability, debug errors, improve features and develop aggregated statistics.
- Detect misuse, fraud, security incidents and violations of our Terms.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, establish or defend legal claims and answer lawful government requests.
We do not sell personal information for another business's independent advertising. We do not use information for a materially different purpose without notice and any consent required by law.
5. When and with whom we share information
We disclose only the information reasonably necessary to:
- Cloud, storage, database and security providers that host, back up, transmit and protect the Platform.
- Authentication, analytics and error-monitoring providers that help us secure accounts, understand reliability and fix problems.
- Email, SMS, WhatsApp and support providers that deliver messages or help answer requests.
- Payment and billing providers that process transactions, subscriptions, wallet recharges, refunds and invoices.
- GST, MCA, court, vehicle, KYC, credit, compliance and other data providers when needed to complete a user-requested verification or report.
- AI and automation service providers when a feature uses them to extract, summarize or analyze information. We limit the submitted data to what the feature reasonably needs.
- Professional advisers, regulators, courts, law enforcement or transaction counterparties where disclosure is required by law, needed to protect rights and safety, or part of a corporate transaction subject to confidentiality safeguards.
We require service providers that receive personal information to use it only for the contracted purpose, apply appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards, restrict their personnel's access, and provide protection equivalent to this Policy and applicable law. We review providers proportionate to the nature and sensitivity of the data. Providers may process information in India or another country; where required, we use contractual or other lawful transfer safeguards.
6. Consent, choices and corrections
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it through the relevant Platform setting, by turning off the associated mobile-device permission, by using an unsubscribe control, or by emailing support@solviser.in. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed and may prevent a feature that needs the information from working. We may continue processing where another lawful basis or retention duty applies.
You can correct your name, mobile number, notification preferences and available organization details in your profile. To correct a locked field, a source-derived record, a litigation match or information about you supplied by another user, contact support@solviser.in with the record, requested correction and supporting evidence. We may verify your identity and will correct our record or add an appropriate dispute marker; the originating authority may need to correct its own source.
7. Retention
We retain account and service information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, while an account or organization is active, and for a reasonable period afterward. Retention varies by record: search and report caches follow their stated product periods; security logs are retained for fraud and incident investigation; and transaction, invoice, tax, accounting, consent, audit and dispute records are kept for the period required by applicable law or a pending legal claim. Backups are protected and removed on their normal rotation schedule. Aggregated or irreversibly de-identified information may be retained because it no longer identifies an individual.
8. Account and data deletion
Every account type is eligible for deletion, including organization owners, organization members and individual professionals. A signed-in user can begin the authenticated process on our Delete Account page. The mobile application may open that same secure page. Emailing support is an optional assistance channel, not a required substitute for the online deletion control.
- Organization members and individual professionals: the personal account is deleted and access ends. Shared organization records that must remain for the organization's operations or audit history may be retained and attributed to the organization owner rather than deleted with the member.
- Organization owners with another active member: the owner must select an eligible successor. Ownership and required organization references transfer before the former owner's account is deleted.
- Sole organization owners: deleting the owner would leave organization data without a responsible owner. The owner must use the organization-deletion request in the authenticated Account settings. After review and approval, the organization has a 60-day grace period before its data is deleted; the request may be cancelled during that period.
A verified deletion request is completed as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 60 days unless a longer period is required by law, a dispute, fraud prevention or technical backup rotation. Ordinary member and professional deletions may complete immediately. We may retain limited invoices, tax and transaction records, consent evidence, security/audit logs, fraud records, legal correspondence and records subject to a court, regulatory or preservation obligation. Retained records are access-restricted and are not used for unrelated marketing.
The authenticated page displays confirmation when an immediate deletion completes. For an organization-deletion request, its status and scheduled date appear in Account settings; we may also use the registered email address for material status or completion notices. More detail is available on our Data Deletion Information page.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, backups and personnel or provider confidentiality obligations. No system is completely secure, so users should protect credentials, use secure devices and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
10. Children
The Platform is intended for users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support@solviser.in so we can investigate and delete it where required.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy to reflect product, legal or provider changes. We will post the revised version with a new date and provide additional notice where required. Privacy, correction, consent, deletion or grievance requests may be sent to:
